To seamlessly onboard high-value, inherited clients to the MyRathbones app .. Overcoming potential 'tech-hesitancy', and specifically reinforcing the brand's core values of trust and security.
Strategy
The approach was to counter the digital apprehension with a 'soft-touch' aesthetic - using a warm, modern style - plus a reassuring voiceover to frame the app as an empowering evolution of their trusted service.
