Brief
To seamlessly onboard high-value, inherited clients to the MyRathbones app .. Overcoming potential 'tech-hesitancy', and specifically reinforcing the brand's core values of trust and security.
Strategy
The approach was to counter digital apprehension with a considered visual language - restrained, premium - and deliberately unhurried .. Paired with a reassuring voiceover that framed the app as an empowering evolution of their trusted service.
